ARGUSBTC (referred to below as "the tool") is a BTC perp signal detection support tool. It is not a trading system and does not automatically execute any trades. This page explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

When you register an account, we collect: - Username and email address - Password (stored after bcrypt encryption; we cannot see the plain text) - IP address and User Agent at the time of registration - Login time and access logs We do not collect: your trading history, funding information, wallet addresses, or any sensitive financial data.

We use JWT (JSON Web Token) stored in Cookie to maintain your login session. We do not use third-party tracking Cookie or advertising Cookie. After the browser is closed, the login session expires after 7 days.

Your account data is stored in a separate database, fully isolated from the signal database. The database is deployed on our server and accessed through encrypted connections.

The tool's market data comes from the public Binance API. We do not send your personal data to Binance or any other third party.

If you want to delete your account and related data, please contact us and we will process the request within a reasonable time.

This tool is not intended for minors. If the laws in your region prohibit the use of this type of tool, please do not use it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page.
